BUILD IN ORDER TECHNIQUE
The cocktail is composed by adding the ingredients in the order presented. It starts with a prosecco base to which limoncello, soda top and a basil leaf are added. The prosecco base with its sparkling notes allows the natural drink to be mixed without damaging its effervescence.
