Galliano: 0.5 cl
Fever-tree Mediterranean: top
Lemon wedges

We start with a slapped sage leaf and placed in the balloon together with the ice and then pour the alcoholic elements of the cocktail followed by the fever-tree Mediterranean top. Serve with more sage leaf and lemon wedges.
